RETURN POLICY

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 calendar days after receiving your item to return the item(s) for store credit only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you will need to email support@tigerrags.com then send the item(s) to the following address: Tiger Rags Returns, 480 N Dean Rd, Ste A1, Auburn, AL 36832. 

Store credit for online purchases will be issued in the form of a virtual gift card.  Please include a correct email address on the note in your return package for online orders. This is the address where you will receive your gift card code.  Please check your junk mail if you do not see it in your inbox.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on game shirts, score shirts, or other custom items, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a virtual gift card within 10 business days. If not approved, the item may be picked up in Auburn. If not picked up within 30 calendar days, the item will be donated.
